Addiction Detox Program in Sedgwick County, KS
Holland Pathways recognizes that while ridding one’s body of drugs or alcohol can be a physically draining ordeal, it is a necessary step in overcoming substance use disorder and the foundation for a lifetime of recovery.
Our medically monitored-detoxification services are an ideal option for residents requiring prescribed medication for the management of withdrawal, especially those whose withdrawal signs and symptoms are not severe enough to require the more intensive medical monitoring and treatment in a hospital.
Medications for the management of withdrawal are provided under the direction our Medical Director or other authorized individuals, and no resident will be prescribed medication until they have been personally examined by a healthcare provider.
We manage our detox services with a licensed physician, who is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Treatment, as well as in the use of Suboxone.
Our experienced medical staff, available 24 hours a day, continuously monitors all medications, which are stored in a secure location and strictly supervised to ensure proper dosage.
Holland Pathways operates in accordance with stringent policies and procedures, and all medications provided are carefully noted in each resident’s file to ensure proper documentation.
