The path out of addiction isn’t always a straight one. That’s why we typically recommend that after residential treatment you gradually step down through our outpatient programs, where you will continue to receive the support you need as you enter early recovery after residential treatment.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
In our partial hospitalization program (or PHP), you’ll spend from 8 to 5 pm each day with Masters-level clinicians, continuing the work you did during your residential stay.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient program requires you to attend three three-hour sessions per week at Holland Pathways. In IOP, you’ll have more freedom to practice using the tools you learned during your treatment.
Outpatient Program (OP)
After IOP, you’ll step down to our outpatient (or OP) level of care, which includes a group meeting once a week and one one-on-one appointment per month with your therapist.
